2. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the rog777 Platform, creating an Account, or placing any bet or wager, you confirm that you have read, understood, and unconditionally accepted these Terms and Conditions in their entirety. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and rog777. If you do not accept any provision of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform.

3. Eligibility

To open and maintain a rog777 Account you must satisfy all of the following conditions at all times:

1. You are a natural person (not a corporate entity or bot) and are at least 21 years of age.

rog777 reserves the right to verify eligibility at any time and to suspend or close Accounts that fail to meet these criteria. Winnings generated on ineligible Accounts may be voided.

4. Account Registration

4.1 Registration Requirements

To register an Account on rog777 you must provide accurate, complete, and current information, including a valid full name, date of birth, Indonesian residential address, active email address, and a mobile phone number registered in Indonesia. You must ensure that all information remains accurate and up to date. Notify us promptly if any of your details change.

4.2 One Account Per Person

Each individual may hold only one rog777 Account. Creating duplicate or multiple Accounts — whether using the same or different personal details, payment methods, or devices — is strictly prohibited. rog777 employs device-fingerprinting, IP analysis, and payment-method cross-referencing to detect duplicate Accounts. All Accounts found to be duplicates may be permanently closed and any outstanding balances forfeited.

4.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. Do not share your username, password, or one-time verification codes with any third party. You must notify rog777 immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorized access to your Account. rog777 will not be liable for losses resulting from unauthorized access attributable to your failure to safeguard your credentials.

4.4 Account Currency

All rog777 Accounts are denominated in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). Currency denomination cannot be changed once the Account is created.

5. Identity Verification (KYC)

rog777 is committed to operating a secure platform that protects all Users from fraud and financial crime. As part of this commitment, we may request identity verification documents at any point, including (but not limited to) before processing a first withdrawal, when Account activity triggers our fraud-monitoring systems, or as part of periodic compliance reviews.

Acceptable KYC documents include:

• Indonesian National Identity Card (KTP)
• Valid Indonesian passport
• Bank statement or utility bill issued within the last 90 days (for address verification)
• A photograph of the Account holder holding their identity document (selfie with ID)

Accounts pending KYC verification may have withdrawal capabilities suspended until verification is complete. 6. Deposits

6.1 Accepted Deposit Methods

6.2 Minimum and Maximum Deposits

The minimum deposit amount is Rp 50,000 per transaction. The maximum deposit amount per transaction is Rp 100,000,000. Individual payment providers may impose their own limits, which shall apply in addition to rog777's stated limits.

6.3 Processing Times

Deposits made via local bank transfer during Indonesian banking hours (Monday to Friday, 08:00–16:00 WIB) are typically credited to your rog777 Account within 5 minutes. Transfers initiated outside banking hours, on weekends, or on Indonesian public holidays (including Idul Fitri, Idul Adha, and Indonesian Independence Day on 17 August) may take up to 24 hours to process. E-wallet deposits via OVO, DANA, and GoPay are processed instantly at all times.

6.4 Deposit Ownership

You warrant that all funds deposited into your rog777 Account are legally obtained and belong to you. Depositing funds on behalf of a third party, or using payment instruments that do not belong to you, is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate Account suspension.

7. Withdrawals

7.1 Withdrawal Eligibility

Withdrawals may only be made to a bank account or e-wallet registered in your own name and matching the identity details on file with rog777. Third-party withdrawals are not permitted under any circumstances. You must have completed KYC verification before your first withdrawal can be processed.

7.2 Minimum and Maximum Withdrawals

The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 100,000 per transaction. The maximum withdrawal amount per transaction is Rp 50,000,000. Players requiring withdrawals in excess of this limit must contact support to arrange a staged withdrawal schedule.

7.3 Processing Times

Standard withdrawal requests are reviewed and approved within 1–4 hours during business hours (WIB). VIP-tier members benefit from expedited processing of 30 minutes to 2 hours. Once approved by rog777, funds are typically received within 5 minutes for local bank transfers during banking hours and instantly for e-wallet withdrawals. rog777 is not responsible for delays caused by the receiving bank's internal processing schedules.

7.4 Withdrawal Conditions

rog777 reserves the right to delay or withhold a withdrawal pending completion of KYC review, investigation of suspicious activity, or resolution of a dispute. In such cases, we will notify you as soon as practicable and provide an estimated timeline for resolution.

8. Bonuses & Promotions

8.1 General Bonus Terms

All bonuses and promotional offers made available by rog777 are subject to specific wagering requirements, validity periods, eligible game restrictions, and maximum withdrawal limits, which are published on the relevant promotion page at the time the offer is made. In the event of any conflict between these general Terms and a specific promotion's terms, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail for that promotion only.

8.2 Wagering Requirements

Bonus funds and any winnings derived from bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until the applicable wagering requirement has been met in full. For example, a wagering requirement of 20x applied to a Rp 100,000 bonus means you must place total bets of Rp 2,000,000 before bonus-derived winnings become withdrawable. Bets placed on certain game categories (as specified per promotion) may contribute at a reduced rate or not at all toward meeting wagering requirements.

8.3 Bonus Abuse

rog777 actively monitors for bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple Accounts to claim welcome offers more than once, placing low-risk or offsetting bets designed to meet wagering requirements without genuine risk, and exploiting software errors or pricing anomalies. Where bonus abuse is detected, rog777 reserves the right to void bonuses, void associated winnings, and permanently close the Account involved.

8.4 Promotion Amendments

rog777 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any promotion at any time, with or without prior notice, provided that any change does not retroactively worsen the position of a User who has already commenced satisfying a wagering requirement in good faith.

9. Gameplay Rules

9.1 Bet Settlement

All bets are settled in accordance with the specific rules published for each game type or sport market. For football betting — including pre-match 1X2 markets, Over/Under, Asian Handicap (voor bola), and mix parlay (accumulator) bets — settlement follows official match results as declared by the relevant governing body. In cases of match abandonment or postponement, applicable rules are published in the sportsbook betting rules section.

9.2 Error and Malfunction Policy

In the event of a software error, data feed failure, or technical malfunction that affects the integrity of a game result or odds display, rog777 reserves the right to void affected bets and refund stakes to the relevant Accounts. 9.3 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are expressly prohibited on rog777 and constitute grounds for immediate Account suspension and possible legal action:

• Collusion with other players to manipulate game or match outcomes.
• Exploiting known software bugs, glitches, or pricing errors to gain an unfair advantage.

9.4 Final Decision Authority

In all matters relating to game results, bet settlement, and disputes arising from gameplay, the decision of rog777's compliance and trading team shall be final and binding, subject only to the dispute resolution process described below.

rog777's aggregate liability to any User in respect of any claim or series of related claims shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that User in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

12. Privacy

13. Account Termination and Suspension
